The prices mentioned herein are Ex-warehouse Hong Kong unless otherwise specified.
Goods are sold with the original manufacturer's warranty, unless otherwise specified.
Unless otherwise, payment should be made in advance and received by NX Electronics Limited before shipment. To expedite the matter, a copy of the payment receipt is required.
Ownership in all goods remains vested in NX Electronics Limited until payment is received in full.
RMA number must have been obtained before returning of goods.
Goods for RMA together with a copy of relevant Invoice must arrive at NX Electronics Limited 14 days before the expiration of the warranty period.
Insurance of sold goods would be the liability and responsibility of the customer.
Some parts which may exceed the maximum allowable concentration of hazardous substances under RoHS should only be used in products/equipment outside the scope of RoHS.
In case of delay or failure of payment, the customer should be liable for all the damages, legal, professional, and any other costs incurred during the payment recovery process.
Goods are not sold to international sanction countries or countries under the US/EU/UK/UN sanction list.
NX Electronics Limited (Nextron) warrants that products purchased from Nextron will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use. The warranty is valid from the date of purchase.
The warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Nextron will repair or replace defective products with new parts or, at the request of the customer the serviceable used parts that are equivalient to new in performance.
Warranty does not cover any damage to this product that results from accident, abuse, mis-use, natural or personal disaster, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification.
Original products without warranty sticker attached to the product will not be accepted.
Nextron will not be liable for damages, to the customer or a third party for lost revenue, lost wages, or any other incidental or indirect damages from the purchase, use or inability to use this product.
One year warranty on major/OEM branded memory modules, memory cards and CPU of tray packing.
Three year warranty on CPU of box packing. A manufacturer's warranty for certain products, i.e. Hard Drive, that may apply.
RMA Return Procedure
An RMA request form must be filled in before sending goods for repair. It should be completed entirely to insure prompt service.
All marks and labels on the RMA products have to be removed.
RMA returns should be packed in static-free packing. The customer assumes responsibility for the products until receipt by us.
Shipment via an insurable carrier is recommended.
Any unauthorised shipping charges will be billed to the customer or shipment will be refused.
Shipping cost from the client to NX Electronics Limited (Nextron) is born by the client; shipping cost from Nextron to the client is born by us.
RMA items together with a copy of the invoice must arrive at us 14 days before the expiration of the warranty period.
We will dispatch the repaired/replaced items in around 3 months after receipt of the RMA shipment.
Alternatively, a credit note may be issued at the prevailing market price.
At the management’s discretion, we may replace faulty items with newer versions and/or capacities.
If, upon customer receipt, the package is found to be damaged or tampered with,
the customer must notify us immediately and file a freight damage claim with the carrier involved.
No RMA will be issued for damages induced during transit. Such claims must be taken up with the freight carrier.
If the returned parts were rejected by supplier with no faults found or physical damage, we will return the parts by customer’s shipping account.
